aardonyx and their defined Drum and Bass are here, once again, on Sub-Label, Yellow. Bringing an album that takes you on a journey. Through emotions and energy. It is a mixture of organic and full bodied sounds. Entangled together with soaring vocals and precision drums. Above all, drawing from their huge influence and sound pallet. With this in mind, it is clear to see why aardonyx are so proud of this.

Collaborating with several incredibly talented singers along the way. Including Emerie, Claire Pilling and Dra Lei. They link brilliantly too. And it creates a smooth and soulful development in drum and bass. Also, there is a track with fellow dnb producer Bizzmo. The result, being a spine tingling yet personable song.

Unmistakably, this is aardonyx. In particular, their love of different and interesting sounds. Rich bass tones and spacious sound design throughout this ten track release. Furthermore, it shows a desire to try new ideas which, creates something that is unique. Although, blending together their many different influences produces a sonic spectacle. As a result, glimpses are audible within the productions. Ultimately, this is a brilliant album which we are all very proud of at SLR.
